SPC Software Support

Kurt Engineered Systems provides both contract and non-contract support options for users of the KurtSPC software. The first month of support is Free after purchase of the software.

The annual support contract provides free phone and email support for one year from the shipment date. The contract must be purchased within 30 days of the original software order. Software upgrades released during the year are also included with the contract free of charge.

Non-contract phone support allows for unlimited phone support for the day the support is requested.
